The art world and the sports world combine in a unique way at the 2010 Super Bowl in Miami Beach, Florida, as Austin sculptor George Sabra exhibits recycled art representing three NFL teams. The exhibit, which began Friday, and runs through Super Bowl Sunday, features multiple artists’ representations of NFL teams, all created with recycled materials from demolished football stadiums. A reputable artist who works solely with recycled materials, Sabra was chosen to create three individual pieces for the exhibit representing the New York Jets , and the Pittsburgh Steelers, the San Francisco 49ers. This is his second year creating recycled steel art for this exhibit last year  Superbowl XLIII Tampa FL 2009 .

The South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee Art Exhibit takes place on Ocean Drive and 11th Street, on the Lummis Park side of the street in Miami Beach, Florida. It is a free exhibit open to the public.
